6-foot-3, 170 pound RHP has gained 10 pounds since the fall. Highly projectable frame. Has shown big velocity increase since June 2017. Clean arm action works through an over-the-top arm slot. Uses leverage well. Fastball has some tilt at the bottom of the zone. Curbveball continues to develop. Gradual 12/6 breaker. Good feel. Good feel for changeup with some fade. Haines is a definite high follow in the 2020 class with more velocity likely to come. Has potential to make Team KY Future Games roster.
