Scouting Report

6-foot-5, 185 pound RHP with plenty of upside as he continues to fill out long/lanky frame. Arm works cleanly through a high-3/4 slot, normal effort in delivery. Flashes arm quickness. Has room to improve repeating delivery which should come with physical maturity. Fastball mostly straight at 84-86 mph with above average spin rates. 68-70 mph curveball is a big-breaker with plenty of depth that shows high swing and miss rate and well above average spin. Shows an occasional 78-79 mph changeup with some fade. A velocity increase should be expected for Ray moving forward.
