On August 4th through August 6th, PBR Louisiana will take seven players in the Classes of 2018 and 2019 to represent Louisiana at the PBR Future Games at Grand Park in Indianapolis, IN. All seven Louisiana prospects will play on Team Select.

Players receive exposure unlike any other event for underclassmen. Last year, more than 150 colleges from all over the country were in attendance, including coaches from every Division I power conference in the nation.

Scouting Report 

A 5-foot-10, 170-pound outfielder and left-handed pitcher with an average, athletic frame. Quality defender with soft hands, fluid footwork, clean exchange, and plays through balls well. Long, loose arm action into a ¾ release with accuracy on throws that produced a positional velocity of 88 mph. Left-handed hitter that hits from a tall setup with a smooth load, short stride, explosive lower half and solid balance. Line-drive, gap to gap type hitter with fluid rhythm, level path and bat speed that produced an exit velocity of 90 mph. Also posted a 7.12 60 yard dash. Left-handed pitcher with long, loose arm action, slight stab into a high-3/4 release with quick arm speed and regular effort. Smooth rhythm, level shoulders, in-line direction, lands square and finishes athletic. Fastball sits 81-84 mph with slight sink. Breaking ball shows 2/8 shape, gradual break and near fastball arm speed at 69-70 mph. Flashes changeup with near fastball arm speed at 72-73 mph.
