After drilling down into our google analytics we have compiled a list of the ten most visited Louisiana profiles on the Prep Baseball Report website in 2015.  During the month of December we will count down to the end of the year with a look at those profiles that were most viewed.

No. 2 Daniel Cabrera {John Curtis HS}


A 6-foot, 170-pound Louisiana State commit with an athletic, strong frame and ranked No. 1 in the ’17 class. Left-handed hitter with advanced hit tool, bat speed, quality leverage in swing, and advanced hand-eye coordination. Hits to all fields with backspin, smooth runner with tracking instincts in the outfield. Left-handed pitcher with clean, smooth delivery, strong front-side and repeats extremely well. Fastball sits 86-88 mph with life and command. Shows a tight spinning breaking ball with 2/8 shape, depth, deception and late, hard break at 74-76 mph. Shows an above average changeup with fastball arm speed, deception, and plus late, hard fade action with depth. During his sophomore spring Cabrera hit .566 with 6 home runs, 31 RBI, 10 doubles, 40 runs scored, and slugged 1.013. On the mound he posted a 1. 43 ERA in 39 INN with 60 strikeouts to 12 walks on the way to winning a state championship.
