10/28/18 Currently ranked No. 51 in Louisiana’s 2020 class. Lean 6-foot-2, 150-pound frame with long limbs, wiry build, and room to add strength. Long, clean arm action into high-3/4 release with quick arm speed and regular effort. Athletic delivery with in-line direction, smooth rhythm, strong front side, and lands square. Pitched 81-84 mph with his fastball, strike thrower that shows ability to pitch to both sides of the plate. Breaking ball showed 11/5 shape with quality spin, depth, and sharp, late break at 67-69 mph. Also showed solid feel for changeup with near fastball arm speed, and downer action at 73-74 mph. Right-handed hitter that starts from a tall, balanced setup with slight bat waggle. Fluid rhythm with knee-to-knee load and length in stride. Loose, rotational path through zone with high finish and line-drive contact; posting an exit velocity of 81 mph. Defender works through ball well with athletic footwork and receptive hands out front. Clean exchanges into short high-3/4 release producing an infield positional velocity of 75 mph. Ran a 7.8 60-yard dash.
