Lean, athletic 5-foot-11, 155-pound frame, wiry build with room to add strength. Right-handed pitcher using an athletic, repeatable delivery with good tempo and easy effort. Fluid rhythm with medium arm action into a ¾ slot with a consistent release point and arm speed producing solid deception. Showed advanced feel to pitch, changing timing of leg lift with occasional quick pitches and pauses at the top of delivery. Showed advanced fastball command at 84-86 mph. Has feel to spin the baseball showing a breaking ball with 10/5-shape with consistent arm speed at 71-72 mph. Change up showed potential to be an out pitch, used it for chase and for a strike with late fade and above average deception at 73-74 mph.

Chan was impressive over the weekend in his most recent outing. Working 84-86 T87 with feel to pitch. Mixes well in the zone while varying his delivery. Pitchability has always been a plus and now the velo has ticked up, working up to 88 earlier this summer. High level competitor that continues to trend up.
