Scouting Report

Long, rangy framed middle infielder with lots of projection. Right-handed hitter  hits from a tall stance using a short stride into a loose, athletic swing with a level swing path and solid bat speed. Line drive approach with feel for the barrel, produced an exit velocity of 83 mph. Defensively, flashed advanced actions with athletic footwork. Hands work well with smooth glove work, clean exchanges into a longer arm action and a 3/4 release, throwing it across the infield at 83 mph. Also, recorded a 7.72 60-yard dash. On the mound, showed quick arm speed from a high-3/4 slot and a loose arm action. Works his fastball up to 83 mph with solid command of 3 pitches. Breaking ball has 11/5 shape with solid depth in the 64-65 mph. Changeup shows quality arm-side fading action at 73-74 mph.
