7/10/18 Currently ranked No. 39 in Louisiana's 2020 class. Long-limb 6-foot-3, 170-pound frame with room to add strength. Right-handed hitter that hits from tall and relaxed setup with simple load and short stride, and balance throughout the swing. Fluid rhythm with lofty path through the zone and bat speed that produced an exit velocity of 84 mph. Defensively plays with a bounce in his step on the infield. Moves with rhythm in his feet, with soft hands out front, and clean transitions into an accurate arm stroke producing an 83 mph positional velocity. Right-handed pitcher showing a fastball that had downward tilt and sat at 80-84 mph from a short high-3/4 slot arm slot. Breaking ball has a 11/5 shape and was in the 67-69 mph range, and he worked down in the strike zone with his changeup at 70-72 mph. Threw a tighter spinning slider at 67-71 mph. He has a slow and smooth windup with balance during a high leg lift, and has some effort involved in the delivery. Arm speed on each pitch is similar, with his length allowing him to get down the mound with extension and downward tilt to the plate.
