The Prep Baseball Report Pre-Season All-State Games at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA will take place on Saturday, October 29, 2016. The invite only event is Prep Baseball Report Louisiana’s premier event and will feature ’17, ’18, ’19, and ’20 prospects from around the state.

Spots are extremely limited, but there is still time to register for this Saturday’s event. CLICK HERE to request an invite for the Pre-Season All-State Games.

Last year’s event featured numerous prospects including 37 of 53 of which have made their college commitments.

2016 graduates Jake Slaughter (Ouachita Christian HS) and Josh Smith (Catholic(BR) HS) played in last year’s event and now find themselves in position battles as Freshmen at Louisiana State.

LSU commit, 2018 RHP Landon Marceaux (Destrehan HS), ranked No. 1 in Louisiana, was another standout at last year’s event where he disposed of hitters easily with his nasty 4-pitch mix.

2016 RHP Haden Erbe (Crowley HS) wowed at last year’s event with a fastball that touched 92 mph. Erbe saw some early spring draft interest, but is currently at Louisiana-Lafayette.

This year’s event is once again solid with some of the better prospects in the state of Louisiana registered to come. A few notables to keep an eye on include 2019 SS Cade Doughty (Denham Springs HS), 2019 RHP Cullen Pharris (DeQuincy HS), 2017 OF/1B Nick Webre (Teurlings Catholic HS), 2018 OF Basiel Williams (Ponchatula HS) and 2017 RHP Ma’Khail Hilliard (Central(BR) HS).

The PBR Scouting Staff is extremely excited for the annual Pre-Season All-State Games. The event never disappoints in prospects emerging as the better players in their respective classes.
