Scouting Report

Athletic 6'0" 198 lbs. frame with plenty of room to continue to add strength. The LSU Commit was named to the PBR Louisiana All-State Team in 2021 and showed why at Saturday's All-State Games. Ruddell took the most impressive BP round of the day, launching several balls out of Alex Box Stadium, with his second swing of the day landing half way up the bleachers in RF. During Game 1, he roped a ball to RF for a triple and showed off his above average speed rounding the bases. With power and speed, we look for Ruddell to be a guy that gets some looks this spring for the 2022 MLB Amateur Draft.
