MOST VIEWED PROFILES (NOVEMBER 2023)
 

1. 2024 RHP William Schmidt (Catholic BR HS): The 6'4" 185 lbs. right-handed hurler has been on a steady rise, since we first saw him, back in June of 2021.  The LSU commit recently made another jump in our 2024 National Rankings, as he moved up to the #11 overall spot.  He's firmly cemented himself as one of the nation's premier prep arms with a mid-90's heater, to go along with a devastating "12-6" shaped 78-81 mph breaking ball, that is arguably the best secondary offering of any high school pitcher in the country.

2. 2025 OF William Patrick (St. Frederick HS): Patrick had a monster performance at the 2023 Future Games, as he went 3-4 with a HR, 3B, 5 RBI, and 3 SB on the week.  The LSU commimt took over the #1 spot in our 2025 State Rankings update last week.  He'll lead a talented St. Frederick HS group this spring, that is looking to make it back to the LHSAA State Tournament.  

3. 2024 C Caleb Hastings (Lutcher HS): The physical 6'0" 195 lbs. backstop had an outstanding performance at our Senior Games this fall, where he showed solid catch and throw skills with pop times of 1.97-2.09, to go along with present bat speed from the left side of the plate, that resulted in a 92 mph max exit velocity.  Hastings recently announced his commitment to LSU-Eunice and moved up in our 2024 State Rankings update to #46 overall.

4. 2027 C/SS Peyton Starr (West Monroe HS): West Monroe continues to churn out prospects at a rapid rate and Starr looks to be another good one for the Rebels, as he enters his freshman campaign this coming spring.  Starr attended our New Orleans Rising Stars ID last spring and showed well in multiple areas.  He displayed present bat speed with a gap to gap approach at the plate, while recording a 91.5 mph max exit velocity.  On the mound, he worked his FB in the 80-81 mph range with arm-side sink & run, from a lower 3/4 arm slot. 

5. 2025 LHP Bryce Wilson (Chalmette HS): Lean and wiry 6'1" 155 lbs. frame with plenty of room to add strength.  The former Future Gamer always performs at a high-level, and at this fall's State Games, the result was no different.  Wilson threw two no-hittings with zero free passes and 4 K's.  The Chalmette HS product recently announced his commitment to the University of Louisiana-Lafayette, and is our top ranked southpaw in the state's 2025 class.

6. 2026 OF/RHP J.D. Alexander (Barbe HS): Alexander's freshman campaign has been well documented and for good reason, as he was an integral part of the Bucs success last season after hitting at a .349 clip with 3 HR and 8 2B, while also going 2-0 on the mound, with his biggest win coming in the state finals against West Monroe.  Barbe will definitely be relying upon him even more this coming spring, both at the plate and on the mound, as he figures to be the #2 starter behind senior Landon Victorian. 

7. 2025 RHP Tanner Webb (Benton HS): We got our first look at the physical 6'3" 250 lbs. right-hander at this year's State Games and it was a good one.  Webb moved down the mound well and displayed a loose & easy arm action, while working his FB up to 87 mph, across two clean innings of work.  He was a riser in our 2025 State Rankings update last week, as he moved up to #62 overall.

8. 2025 LHP Adam Guillet (Natchitoches Central HS): Uber-projectable and durable 6'3" 190 lbs. frame.  The Natchitoches Central HS product announced his presence at this fall's State Games, as he racked up 5 K's across his 2 IP, while running his FB up to 89 mph with spin ridiculous spin rates up to 2666 RPM.  Guillet recently announced his commitment to Louisiana Tech University and also climbed up our State Rankings to #19 overall.

9. 2024 SS Michael Ryan (Rummel HS): We've loved Ryan ever since we first saw him back in January of 2022.  The Rummel HS product had a big summer on the circuit, where showed crisp and clean actions on the infield with present bat speed and the ability to drive the ball to all fields.  There will most certainly be quite a few MLB scouts at Rummel this spring, as the LSU recruit is one of the most highly touted prep players in the southeast region.  

10. 2024 C Thomas Bonaventure (Parkview Baptist HS): The 5'11" 175 lbs. backstop went into this fall's State Games as an uncommitted prospect, but after a 3-4 weekend at the plate with a couple of extra base-hits, he received an offer and committed to Loyola University-New Orleans.  Bonaventure will be handling one of the state's deepest pitching staffs this spring, at Parkview Baptist, where they look to make it back to the LHSAA State Tournament, after losing in the quarterfinal round of the playoffs last spring to rival Dunham.
