Our preseason coverage for Maryland High School Baseball continues with the release of the PBR Maryland Preseason All-State Teams. Today we start with our preseason All-Underclass team. The All-Underclass team consists of players in the 2017 and 2018 classes that are potential break out candidates this upcoming 2016 season. Stay tuned this week as we will continue to release each All-State team (Note: Players are not eligible for the All-Underclass team if they made the preseason All-State team).
