It is with great excitement that we release to you today, our first update to the MD/DE Class of 2023 rankings with our Top 25 release. Following today's Top 25 release, we will unveil the Top 75 on Tuesday and Top 225 on Wednesday.
Remaining atop the MD/DE Class of 2023 rankings is two-way phenom and University of Virginia recruit Tommy Roldan (Georgetown Prep). Featuring an upper 80's/low 90's fastball on the bump, Roldan also possesses one of the purest strokes across the Old Line State.

Explosive 81.5 max bat speed per @Blast_Bsbl w/ a max 105 mph EV. Ball jumps to the pull side w/ pop to all fields@ShooterHunt @PBRMaryland #PBRMidAtlProcase pic.twitter.com/X2yqwEoorT
After a breakout Spring campaign, followed by a standout performance at the Mid-Atlantic ProCase, University of Kentucky recruit Josh Skowronski (St. John's Catholic Prep) finds himself making a jump into the Top 5.

Utilized both gaps effectively w/ LOUD contact consistently. Explosive hands, LD tendencies. 96 max EV per @TrackManBB @PBRMaryland #PBRMidAtlProcase pic.twitter.com/CIaqf1qY0L
Another player who cemented a jump into the Top 10 at this year's Mid-Atlantic ProCase is West Virginia University recruit Aidan Smith (Good Counsel). Smith was just about as dominate as you can be on the bump, showcasing his electric fastball up to 94 mph, mixing in a tight upper 70's/low 80's slider and a filthy upper 70's splitter.

#PBRFG21 alum & #WVU commit. 6-3, 200-lb. Electric FB that got up to 94. Sat 88-91. SL 77-81 and feel for 78-79 mph SPL. @PBRMaryland @JNaill8 @prepbaseball #PBRMidAtlProcase pic.twitter.com/KIpaNzHp6e
One of the bigger jumps we see into the Top 25 is right-handed pitcher and High Point University recruit Liam Diehl (Hereford). Standing at a projectable 6-foot-4, 200 pound frame, Diehl induces plenty of S/M with all three pitches, including a devastating Cutter.
