Friday night, top-seeded Urbana will take on second seed and defending Class 4 State Champ Sherwood at Regency Furniture Stadium for the 2023 Class 4 MPSSAA State Championship.

Both teams come into the game off of relatively comfortable wins in the semifinals. Urbana cruised past fourth-seeded Laurel, 10-0. Sherwood had a bit more work to do in its win over third-seeded Severna Park, but ultimately had a pretty comfortable 9-2 win to set up Friday night's Championship.
