Maryland isn’t known for producing draft prospects out of high school and doesn’t have a PBR Draft 100 Prospect this year, but the state still has an arm to follow in RHP Harold Cortijo (Riverdale Baptist HS, MD), plus a few other players to track as they head off to college.

OTHERS TO WATCH: Cortijo, a Seminole State JC recruit, is likely to be the first high school player off the board in Maryland. He boasts a low-90s fastball with an easy, loose arm action.
