Continuing our look at the 2018 top uncommitted players, we break down the top uncommitted LHP we have seen thus far across the Maryland / Delaware area. The 2018 class in the area has a deep pool of talent with plenty of options on both the mound and in the field. Currently we have 10 LHP that are in our 2018 rankings, and here are four of the top arms that we have come across so far.
