PBR: Why did you choose Nebraska?

I felt like Nebraska is meant to be for me, I feel welcome there and I like how I know a lot of people that go there.

PBR: Was there one deciding factor that put your choice over the top?

Just the fact that I get to be a husker and be part of a great tradition

PBR: Who has helped you the most to get to where you are today?

My dad helped me the most when it came to not getting too touchy with my recruiting and leaving it all up to me and not pushing for anything.

PBR: You've played with the Nebraska Sluggers last summer, what was that experience like?

My experience was very eye opening, I saw competition like I’ve never seen before and it made me a lot better for the player I am today.

PBR: You attended the Futures Games in 2018, how was your experience at that event?

The Futures Games were amazing and i had a blast with kids from Iowa, Minnesota, and my buddies from Nebraska. I saw great competition there as well

PBR: What plans does the coaching staff have in store for you in your freshman season?

The coaches and I didn’t really talk much about where I’d be playing and playing time. I’d be a utility type player playing wherever the team needs from the information I got.

PBR: What is your most memorable baseball moment to date?

I think the most memorable moment for me was winning the 13u World Series with my brothers on the Naturals. Nothing beats putting it all out there with your boys.

PBR: Who is the best player you have competed against?

That is a tough one, I've pitched against Dylan Crews, who's the number one player in the 2020 class, I've hit against players like Nate Wohlgemuth and Liam Norris. In state players like Zach Argo and Sayer Diedrich gave me the sauce a few times.
