Scouting Report

6-foot-1, 190-pound right-handed hitting outfielder. Ranked #10 in the Nebraska 2019 class. Physical player with lean present strength. 7.23 runner. Easy weight into back leg, shoulder load, slight lift through contact, above avg. pop in bat, works gap to gap, 90 mph exit velocity. Works through ball, quick release, athletic powerful actions, throws are online with solid carry and accuracy, 87 mph arm from outfield. 




PBR: Why did you choose Creighton?

felt like the best fit for me and my family.

PBR: Where did the coaching staff first see you? How did your relationship develop with them?

Coach Gandossy saw me some this summer recruiting for St. Louis University, and when he got the job in Omaha he gave me a call and asked if i was interested in coming to Creighton

PBR: Was there one deciding factor that put your choice over the top?

I love the coaching staff and philosophies of the organization, as well as being close to home.

PBR: Who has helped you the most to get to where you are today?

My dad/entire family has helped me the most giving me the opportunities and always pushing me.

PBR: Going into your junior season this spring, what are your expectations for your team?

Going into the spring i have the goal to compete for a state championship and help my team as much as i can.

PBR: What plans does the coaching staff have in store for you in your freshman season?

They plan on putting me in the outfield and hopefully i get the opportunity to compete for a starting job

PBR: What is your most memorable baseball moment to date?

Winning a state championship with the grand island junior legion team.

PBR: Who is the best player you have competed against?

The best player I've played with and against is Nate Wohlgemuth from Oklahoma. 

PBR: You had the opportunity to attend the 2017 Futures Games, what was that experience like?

Playing in the futures games was a great honor, lots of fun to compete against the best of the best from all over.
