Goals/Philosophy

Evolution strives to provide a positive environment for baseball and character development for our players. The organization focuses on helping all players reach their dreams of playing college baseball or beyond. Following an organizational Creed and a 5-Core Value system, the Evolution staff acts as guides for young boys who are playing the game for the purpose of reaching their next level of the game.

How has PBR been helpful?

PBR New England, led by Dennis Healy, has been instrumental in the exposure of our players to college coaches. Each player's profile are effective tools that not only list measurables, but with the addition of videos and scouting reports, coaches can actually see progress over the years and potentially calculate potential in each of our players. It's for these reasons and more, PBR New England is viewed by the Evolution organization.

Plans ahead

Our college prep teams (16U, 17U, 18U) will play a majority of their schedule locally with minor travel outside the area. The teams will participate in the PG Super 25, Prospect Select's Boston Open, the Boston Invitational, Super East events and several NEB tournaments. In addition, the teams will travel to Richmond, Va., for Pathways Sports' US Baseball Championships, PBR National Championships and Fairleigh Dickinson University for team camps. We're excited for the summer ahead as it will put our squads in good events with great competition that includes college exposure while also giving the guys an opportunity to get better each time they take the field.
