Scouting Report
Foreman has a 6-foot, 170-pound lean frame. Ran the 60 year dash in 6.73-seconds. During batting practice, the right-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 84 mph. During setup, has a wrapping load and a short stride. Shows quick bat speed and a level swing plane. Path showed a line drive approach. In the outfield, he showed the ability to make throws to the bases at 85 mph. Displayed rhythmic feet and a clean exchange. Used a high ¾ slot and a long arm action. Foreman was one of the top overall performers from the event, and one of the top uncommitted 2020s left in the state.
