The 2017 WNY All-Star Games took place Sept. 24 at Brockport College. Over 60 high-end prospects took the field showing off their skill-sets in front of our PBR NY scouting staff and nearly a dozen college coaches. As the smoke continues to clear, we are fast-at-work piecing together all the scouting data we collected more than three weeks prior. Today we highlight yet another player who's performance earns an extra look.

Scouting Report
WNY All-Star Games (Sept. 17, 2017) Peltier stands 6-foot-0, 155-pounds with long lanky limbs. Mechanically sound with fluid tempo. Uses a sidestep, high knee lift, uses a ball tap before driving towards home. Arm-action is shorter appearing to push the ball at times, would benefit from more length on his back circle. Lands on a bent front side, releases from a mid-3/4 slot with natural arm-side movement. Fastball sits upper 70's peaking at 80 mph with signs, with some mechanical fixes, that more velocity is in the near future for Peltier. Curveball and change up have feel, BB shows 1/7 shape at times, CH with fade. Overall, LHP with a frame to build on, ceiling could be high, this off-season matters.
