PBR: Why did you choose Wittenberg?
Knox: I really liked the campus and the facilities are great. Coach McGee is awesome and really knows the game.
PBR: What other schools were you considering?
Knox: Mount Union.
PBR: Where did the coaches first see you compete and how did your relationship develop with the rest of the coaching staff?
Knox: During the summer. Talked with my summer coach about me. I really like all of the coaches there.
PBR: What role does the coaching staff expect you to play during your first year on campus?
Knox: For me to contribute immediately and be a leader on the field.
PBR: Wittenberg just hired Coach McGee this past summer, how does it feel to be a part of his first recruiting class?
Knox: It is awesome. There are a lot of good players in this class, so I am excited for the years ahead.
PBR: Who has had the biggest impact on you as a baseball player?
Knox: Coach Dice at Hudson. He has pushed me the past three years to be the best player that I can be.
PBR: Who do you play for in the summer and what was your most exciting experience playing summer ball?
Knox: Next summer I am playing for Ohio Elite. It is very fun to play with different people and get to play high level competition.
PBR: What were your stats last season?
Knox: I was injured all of last season and didn't play.
PBR: Who is the toughest pitcher you have faced in Ohio?
Knox: Jace Burke.
