Toledo St. John's Jesuit senior southpaw Collin Korte sat 81-84 mph at the Unsigned Senior Games with a 70-71 mph breaking ball.

Since his performance, his phone has been ringing with calls from schools around Ohio and Michigan.

"Schools that have contacted me that have said they are interest like Adrian College, John Carroll, Thiel, Ohio Northern, Wooster, and Heidelberg," he mentioned.

To date, Korte has taken three visits.

"I have visited Adrian, Ohio Northern, and Wooster," he explained.

He continued, "This week I am visiting John Carroll and will visit the other colleges in the near future."

Despite the rush of visits, Korte isn't in a hurry to make a decision.

"I still am deciding between all these schools, and will narrow the schools down by the end of winter."

The 6-foot, 185-pound prospect doesn't just excel on the field.

He holds a 3.6 accumulative GPA, scored a 23 on his ACT, and has made honor roll during every semester of his high school career.
