2026 Prep Baseball Oregon All-State Teams
June 28, 2026
The Oregon high school baseball season has officially concluded, with state champions crowned in recent weeks. Taking into account total performances from the high school season, Prep Baseball Oregon officially unveils our 2026 All-State Teams.
This year's teams are split into a 6A/5A First Team, as well as another All-State Team for 4A/3A/2A/1A players. Several players featured are ranked highly in their respective player rankings lists in Oregon . A vast majority of this year's All-State players have also attended a Prep Baseball event, showcasing their skills at Prep Baseball showcases and tournaments.
Below, we highlight some of the players and key takeaways from each All-State Team.
Standout Talent All Over 6A/5A First Team
Up and down the 6A/5A All-State Team, talented ballplayers produced impressive spring campaigns. Senior South Salem catcher and Oregon State commit Teagan Scott headlines the list after an exceptional final spring. Scott slashed .568/.694/1.203 with 11 home runs, 35 RBI and 46 runs scored. Scott was dynamic in all facets, walking 30 times and striking out just 7 at the plate while providing stellar defense. Scott has long been one of the top-ranked players in Oregon's senior class, and he finished his high school career with a bang, winning our Player of the Year award in Oregon as well. Scott's high level skill resulted in a recent invite to the MLB Draft Combine in Arizona last week.
Another pair of top-ranked players for their respective classes earn All-State honors in Central's Joe Mendazona Jr. and Thurston's Grady Saunders. Mendazona, a TCU commit and #1 ranked 2027 prospect in Oregon, still managed to put up huge numbers despite missing the first part of the spring with an injury. Meanwhile, Saunders, an Oregon State commit and top-ranked 2026 prospect in Oregon was great in his own right, leading Thurston deep into the playoffs. Both players led their teams to the 5A title game, where Mendazona capped off his incredible season with a no-hitter to win a 5A state title.
Staying on the topic of state champions, West Linn's Jack Frishman earns a spot in our All-State team after a great junior season. The OSAA 6A Pitcher of the Year looked the part in a live look in the 6A title game, with a mid-80's fastball paired with a plus slider that was leaned upon heavily. Frishman was great all season long, including the title game, where he worked 7 innings without allowing an earned run. Frishman is a highly talented remaining uncommitted '27 arm.
Many players on our 6A/5A All-State Team boasted incredible stat lines by season's end. Caldera's Ty Hattenhauer won his League Player of the Year, hitting .548 with 7 home runs and 36 RBI with 40 hits overall. Churchill's Jace Litten was another big performer, hitting .500 with 33 hits and 26 RBI. Jesuit's Julian Vina collected 17 total XBH with 29 RBI, while Wells catcher Ramsey Prentice hit .444 with 28 stolen bases this spring.

4A/3A/2A/1A Team Led By Impressive Stat Lines
As is often the case in our All-State teams for some of the smaller classifications, some players put together absurd stat lines by the end of their high school seasons. On the pitching side, senior Tyson Smith racked up 190 strikeouts over 83.2 IP with a 0.84 ERA. Fellow 2A/1A arm Jake Sproul had 131 K's over 74.2 IP with a 0.75 ERA. Both players shared 2A/1A OSAA Pitcher of the Year honors. Burns/Crane arm Jack Wright had a 0.56 ERA with 159 K's in 75 innings at the 3A level, while Valley Catholic's Brandon Yee finished with a 0.74 ERA with 117 K's in 57 innings.
The offense is led by some equally impressive performers. Heppner/Ione infielder Caleb George finished with a .503 average with 5 home runs and 37 RBI. Marist Catholic's Grady Hazen had 51 hits with 13 total XBH, hitting .531 overall. Pendleton Nixyaawii outfielder Colin Harrington was another big producer, hitting .484 with 6 homers, 33 RBI and 43 runs scored.
Some familiar names at this point in their respective careers also had huge two-way seasons, earning POTY per OSAA and a spot in our All-State 4A and Below Team. Marist Catholic's Gianni Lombardi was POTY at the 4A level, getting it done on both sides of the ball. Hidden Valley arm Logan Law won Pitcher of the Year for 4A after a huge spring. Taft lefty and Oregon commit Zack Hankins was Pitcher of the Year at the 3A level, while Blanchet Catholic's Henry Wort won Player of the Year for 3A. Check out the complete 4A/3A/2A/1A team below.
