Oregon 2026 Rankings: Newcomers and Risers

As the summer circuit wraps up, the 2026 class heads into their sophomore season after an eventful and significant couple of months. We highlight the newcomers and risers on the 2026 board, as our rankings expanded to a top-35 in our most recent update. 

Last week, our staff officially updated our 2026 board, highlighting several of the state’s top prospects within our release. You can find that by clicking HERE.

We’ll dive deeper into the rankings themselves today, shining light on a handful of players that earned a spot on our board after showing well to our staff. Below you'll learn about a handful of prospects that either make their debut or a notable rise in our recent update.

NEWCOMERS

Jacob Rolling SS / 2B / Jesuit, OR / 2026

Rankings  PBR Oregon: 14

From 6/19/23: "Wiry, twitchy athlete with lean strength throughout. Everything moves fast & aggressively in all facets of the game. Rolling can really cover ground laterally at SS with crisp footwork & fast exchange. At the plate, there’s present hand speed with an ‘all fields’ type approach. On the mound, features a live arm with a current FB at 76-78 to go with his CB/CH"

Andrew Ha OF / 2B / Lakeridge , OR / 2026

Rankings  PBR Oregon: 23

From 6/19/23: "Speedy, athletic OF prospect who can really get moving out of the gate and maintain speed underway. 6.8 runner with an impressive 3.78 split in the 30. Both arm strength and EV have shown improvement since our previous look while not compromising the speed tool."

Gianni Lombardi SS / RHP / Marist, OR / 2026

Rankings  PBR Oregon: 26

Lombardi has plenty of upside in his 6-foot-1, 150-pound frame with long and lean levers. He made his PBR debut this summer at the Eugene Summer Open where he showed well, especially on the bump. His fastball sat in the mid-70s, peaking at 77.4 mph with an average IVB of 17.2 inches, both second best amongst 2026 graduates in attendance. His fastball spin efficiency of 94% was also one of the higher marks posted at the event. As he continues to mature, Lombardi will be an intriguing name to follow.

Ryder Listy C / SS / Jesuit , OR / 2026

Rankings  PBR Oregon: 28

Listy showed well at two Summer Open events this year. The 5-foot-10, 165-pound backstop put together multiple quality rounds of batting practice, showcasing a a gap-to-gap approach with a barrel that stays in the zone. He also impressed defensively with soft hands and clean actions behind the dish. Following a successful 2023, Listy debuts within our top-30.

Ben James RHP / 2B / Liberty, OR / 2026

Rankings  PBR Oregon: 30

James is a compact 5-foot-8, 140-pound right-hander with a clean and low-effort operation on the mound. He works strictly from the stretch with a long and loose arm action. The 2022 PBR Junior Future Games alum has shown feel for his breaking ball in the past, landing it in the zone at a 100% clip at the Oregon Preseason ID this past February. After a strong 2023, James enters the rankings in the top-30.

Jackson Parker OF / RHP / Summit, OR / 2026

Rankings  PBR Oregon: 31

Parker stands at 6-foot, 170-pound with proportional strength. At the Oregon Preseason ID, he posted the best metrics for 2026 graduates for a variety of swing and batted ball measurables: maximum and average bat speed, maximum and average exit velocity, maximum batted ball distance, and he tied for best maximum hand speed.

Conner Shively C / SS / Henley, OR / 2026

Rankings  PBR Oregon: 32

Shively is a lean and athletic left-handed hitting backstop, standing at 5-foot-11, 165-pounds. He made his PBR debut in February at the Oregon Preseason ID where he ranked first among 2026 graduates in 60-yard dash time (7.02) and maximum run speed (21.7 mph). He also showcased a smooth left-handed stroke and flashed feel for the barrel, finding the sweet spot north of 50% and hitting his hardest bullet at nearly 89 mph. Entering his sophomore year and beyond, Shively is a name-to-know in the Pacific Northwest.

Conrad Sotelo 3B / RHP / West Salem , OR / 2026

Rankings  PBR Oregon: 34

Sotelo hosts a 6-foot-1, 190-pounds frame with proportional strength throughout. He impressed this June at the Portland Summer Open, posting the highest marks amongst 2026 graduates in both maximum (22.0) and average (18.5) rotational acceleration. He flashed feel for the barrel, finding the sweet spot at a 50% clip and consistently barreling balls in the mid-80s. Following a strong 2023, Sotelo makes his debut in our recent rankings update.

Cole Angel C / SS / South Albany, OR / 2026

Rankings  PBR Oregon: 35

Angel is a lean and athletic 5-foot-11, 160-pounds with plenty of room for continued physical maturity. He impressed this past February at the Oregon Preseason ID. There, he posted a maximum run speed north of 21 mph, and he led all 2026 prospects in attendance in maximum on plane efficiency. Entering his sophomore year, he makes his debut in our most recent rankings update.

Jace Willett RHP / 2B / Century , OR / 2026

Rankings  PBR Oregon: 11

From 6/19/23: "Projectable, rangy athlete with 2-way potential. Terrific size/frame to grow into. Fluid movements on all sides of the ball. EV up to 94.2 with pull-side pop. Creates effortless bat speed. Arm talent shines on mound where he is currently 82-84 with aptitude for creating sharp spin on his breaker."

Jace Litten OF / RHP / Churchill, OR / 2026

Rankings  PBR Oregon: 13

Litten is a lean and athletic 6-foot-2, 170-pounds with ample room to add mass as he matures. He put on a show at the Eugene Summer Open in July, leading the event in outfield velocity (81 mph), average batted ball distance (264 feet), and sweet spot percentage (87%). His maximum exit velocity of 94.9 mph also ranked among the best at the event. The 2022 PBR Junior Future Games participant continues to get better each time our staff sees him, and he rises in our recent rankings update.
