PBR Scout Day Statistical Analysis - NW Star Academy

Ridgefield, WA - On Saturday, June 8th, PBR Oregon ran a Scout Day at the Ridgefield Outdoor Recreation Complex for the NW Star Academy. A Scout Day follows the same format as our other showcases, the only difference is that it does not involve an open registration process. It is intended for the players and coaches involved with a specific team or travel organization. The Ridgefield Outdoor Recreation Complex is a brand new, multi-sport facility located just 30 miles north of Portland. It will be host to future Prep Baseball Report events, including our Pacific Northwest Prospect ID being held on June 25th. This event has an open registration and you can reserve your spot now

During a Scout Day or showcase, we collect the following data: Pitching Velocity, 60 Time, Positional Arm Strength, Pop Time and Exit Velocity. We also record video of each player and include a write-up to summarize their skills/physical tools.
