Raphael Delisle OF / RHP / N/A, QC / 2021

Report: Delisle was the first player who caught our eye once we launched PBR Quebec. An uncommitted 2021, he was one of the first arms up in the outfield, and he was up to 91. The arms works, and on the mound it was 81-84, up to 85. There’s some violence there, it just doesn’t jump yet. At the plate it’s the same. The swing looks consistent, and there’s a lot of barrels.

Future: Physically, he looks like he’s growing into his body, but he’s wiry and with some added strength, it could play. It’s tough to say where he’ll end up, but he’s athletic, and could probably be a two-way player at a JUCO somewhere. His actions are loose, and he plays a bit to his own tune, but the only thing is we haven’t seen him play a ton in-game. That being said, he could also pan out and be college-ready (he’ll be 19 by the start of his freshman season).
