Scouting Report
Slender righty with a quick arm that can spin the baseball. Hylinski has performed in workouts and in game situations, winning a state championship for Legion Collegiate in 2021. A member of Team Carolina in 2020, Hylinski was a part of the PBR Future Games. Look for the stuff to continue to increase as strength is added to the frame. Current pitch-ability should project to early innings at the next level.
