TN 11-AAA District Tourney Report: Centennial

Tim Kay
PBR Tennessee Director of Scouting

We covered the 11-AAA District Tournament, sitting at Brentwood for the majority of the event.  Due to weather throughout the week, some games were moved off site.  We will dive into individual team looks as part of our district tournament recap.  Stats are based on the games we saw.

Righty showed powerful arm, touching 91 twice while throwing strikes.  Medium, athletic frame w/ present lower half strength, projectable.  Pitches from a full wind-up into ¾ release.  Super quick arm.  Learning to get lower half consistently involved, delivery is mostly arm right now.  FB shows ride through the zone, occasional short arm-side run.  Short downer CB.  ¾ tilt SL flashed proper rotation, average depth.  Showed feel for throwing the FB for strikes on this day.  Projects to control.  Generated 6 swing and misses on 23 swings.
