PLUS: Game Report: Brentwood @ Spring Hill

On Wednesday, we headed to Spring Hill High School for their district matchup with Brentwood. Brentwood mounted a furious comeback, winning it 6-5 after pushing across 4 runs in the top of 7th. 2-4, HR Lead-off hitting middle infielder picked up a couple hits, including a solo HR to left center. Medium, sturdy frame w/ present lower half strength, some physical projection. Offensively, hits w/ a slightly open, slightly crouched stance w/ hand rhythm into leg kick to square and proper load. Generates above average bat speed through the zone. Barrel feel w/ simple, repeatable swing, still head. Shows ability to stay balanced against breaking balls.
