5-foot-11, 175-pound catcher/pitcher showed flashes of some intriguing two-way upside. Proportional frame with slight projection. Popped an event best 2.06 with above average arm strength (76 C Velo) and solid accuracy. At the dish, balanced stance with small leg kick generating above average bat speed and some lift to the pull-side. Line drive power now, but potential to develop into gap power, as he swings with intent to do damage, specifically to LF. Hopped on the bump and posted the event’s top FB velo at 84.4 with improved spin metrics (Max: 2156 rpm per Trackman). Quick, compact arm with more in the tank while sitting 83-84 during his bullpen. Showed some feel for spin with the 68-72 mph CB with an event best 2358 rpm per Trackman. Mixed developing CH at 71-74.
