6/10/15 - 6-foot-4, 200-pound RHP that recently decommitted from Mississippi State has an athletic frame that projects well, long arm action through a high-3/4 slot, arm is loose and clean, works both sides of the plate well, fastball shows occasional arm-side run at 84-87 mph, touched 88 on one occasion, not afraid to pitch inside with the fastball (hit two batters),curveball sat 67-71 mph with short 11/5 action, throws a 71 mph changeup with late fading action through the zone, allowed one hit and struck out two (one on a changeup) in his two innings of work, size and current velocity gives him potential to be a top arm in the 2017 class. Has been up to 90 since this event.
