No 4 Florida Southwestern Outlasts No 9 Miami-Dade 9-8

No 4 Florida Southwestern toon on No 9 Miami-Dade college yesterday. Florida Southwestern would hold on to win 9-8 and the game featured many players to follow this spring. Starting for Miami-Dade is the projectable RHP, Blake Baker. Baker was a bit inconsistent in his four innings of work, but featured a fastball up to 93 mph and overall arm talent. Starting for Florida Southwestern is uncommitted LHP Rafael Santos. Santos showed some feel and deception with a fastball up to 88 mph. Also standing out on the day was Ryan Gusto and Tyler Solomon for Florida Southwestern and Orlando Ribalta and Michael Alicea for Miami-Dade.
