6A North Semifinals

Centreville at No. 8 Battlefield
This game will likely feature a matchup of left-handed aces as Carter Bach (Wake Forest) should get the nod for Centreville with Jake Agnos (East Carolina) taking the ball for the Bobcats. Both teams reached the Regional semifinals in 2015, and both fell in extra innings, narrowly missing a State Tournament berth.

Patriot at No. 14 Chantilly
The Chargers look to return to the State Tournament for the third year in a row in another game that should feature senior aces coming off of big games last week. Look for Austin Gerber (Radford) to start for the Pioneers and Jared DiCesare (George Mason) to start for the Chargers. Patriot looks to make its second trip to the State Tournament and first under coach Josh Steinberg.
