Last Monday night, the DC Prospect League began its first season of competition on the turf at South County Middle School. The league features four teams made up of top prospects from the 2021-2023 classes, with the purpose of making sure these players get a higher number of opportunities to be scouted than will be afforded them in the shortened and delayed 2021 VHSL season. Look for us to follow the league closely over the next month and post to the Scout Blog frequently. Here are our detailed notes and videos on seven players who stood out Monday night:

 

Ramsey Collins RHP James Madison 2021 (Connecticut)
Collins has a strong athletic frame with some projection left to it.
