Scouting Report
Preseason All-State III
Carroll is 6-3 with a lankier athletic frame that has some projection left to it. He throws from a three-quarters arm slot, short loose arm action that is quick and normal effort to his delivery. Shoulders are level and closed, lands closed with an athletic finish. Fastball was 78-82, touching 83, with some late run. Curveball had some armspeed and was 65-70 with sharp 10/4 break and good shape. Change-up had good armspeed and was 69-73 with some run.
