Scouting Report
PBR Future Games 8/2/17
An athletic and solid 6-foot, 190-pound frame, Harlow pitches with relative ease from a high-3/4, almost over-the-top, slot. He has a compact delivery with pace and no wasted movement, getting lower half involvement and average backside drive. His long, free arm action translated to an 87-89 fastball, with more to add down the road. The breaking ball does need some development at 73 mph and average depth. Change up shows fade up to 75 mph.
6.19.17: Harlow has a lankier athletic frame. Throws from a higher three-quarters arm slot, very quick arm, very easy effort to his delivery. Shoulders are slightly closed and slightly uphill, lands square, athletic finish with some recoil. Fastball sat 86-88, touching 89 with good plane and angle and some late run to it. Change-up had some run and some armspeed, 79-82. Curveball had hard 11/5 break and some armspeed, running 70-72.
6.1.16: Harlow has a lankier athletic frame and throws from high three-quarters arm slot with a drop and drive delivery. Arm action is long and quick, generates velocity with normal effort. Shoulders are uphill and closed. Fastball had late run, sitting 83-84, touching 85.
