#11 Benedictine Cadets

Coming off of a 2022 that saw its ups and downs, expect the Cadets to be right back in the mix for a VISAA Division I state title in 2023. Coach Ryan and the Cadets return a large portion of their lineup, see Terrence Rhodes (Norfolk State), Jordan Olivera (William & Mary), Riley Roarty (Old Dominion), as well as a group of arms that got healthy late in 2022 and got their fair share of experience last season. In addition to a strong group of returners all over the field, Benedictine adds three new faces in Elijah Coston (VCU), Sam Kaczmarek, and Bryce Adams, all of whom transferred and reclassified to the 2024 class.
