SEASON OUTLOOK:  

The Raiders struggled to a seven win season a year ago, but return six starters and a host of talented freshman. Sixteen year coach Jeff Thompson likes his team's chances of rebounding and making a run come playoff time.

ACCORDING TO THE COACH:

"We lost three starters, two to graduation and one to concentrate on football and wrestling. The six returning starters will be challenged by the best group of incoming freshmen that I have had in sixteen years as a head coach. Throw in a junior transfer and we have the makings of a very solid team. We expect to contend for a conference title and to advance to compete for a regional title."
