Game of the Day: Oak Glen at Fairmont Senior

Noah FeichtOak Glen got five strong innings from Garrett College recruit Noah Feicht (pictured right) and a 12 hit attack from its offense to win going away in a game shortened to five innings due to the run rule. Feicht went the distance allowing five hits and no earned runs while striking out six.

The game was scoreless until the top of the 4th inning when the Marques McHaffieBears erupted for eight hits including three doubles that led to eight runs.  An inning later Oak Glen put the finishing touches on the run shortened game by plating five additional runs.

Oak Glen received doubles from Marques McHaffie (pictured left, 2-3, 2 RBI), Robert Bozek (2-4, 2 RBI, R) and Garrett Brewer (2-3, 3 RBI, 2 R).  Brewer and Lance Collins (1-3, 3 RBI, 2 R) also had triples to drive the offense.
