Preseason All-State Showcase Spotlight - 2020 C/2B Brent Robinson

The Inaugural Preseason All-State Showcase in West Virginia will take place on Sunday, February 24th in Morgantown at Pro Performance RX. This event is designed to showcase the best players throughout the state and surrounding area in the 2019-2022 graduation classes.
As we draw closer to February we will be periodically highlighting some of the prospects scheduled to participate. Today we continue our preview with a look at 2020 C/2B Brent Robinson from Notre Dame HS.

Scouting Report
8.18.18 - Defensively, Robinson shows considerable athleticism as evident by running a 7.22 - sixty and 2.03 - 2.09 pop time. Squares ball up well during the blocking portion of the drill. A 62 mph velocity out of the crouch was recorded.
Offensively, Robinson utilitzes his strong lower half to create good torque and leverage on pitches. Robinson uses a leg kick as a timing mechanism, which helps him stay on time. A exit velocity of 79 mph was recorded.
