Perry generated some buzz this fall pitching for the Kentucky Baseball Club at the World Wood Bat Championship. After a summer of sitting in the high 80s, Perry started out 93-94 mph in Jupiter before settling in at 88-91. His slider was sharp and in the low 80s. He has a stocky frame at 5-foot-11, 175 pounds and also shows solid feel for a curveball and changeup. He pitches from a high-3/4 slot and gets late life on his fastball.
