Shane EnnisThe updated Class of 2014 rankings have been released and RHP/OF Shane Ennis (Hampshire HS) remains at No. 1 after solid summer and fall performances. Although Ennis is busy tossing footballs this fall, that didn't stop him from turning in a solid performance at Alderson Broaddus University in the Fall College Prospect Program. Ennis sat 86-87 while touching 88 mph in his three innings of work. The 6-foot-3, 200-pound righty is not a finished product and projects as a prospect likely to see 90 mph in the near future.

RHP Austin Hensley (Hurricane HS) is likely to push Ennis for the top spot, after going a combined 11-1 on the hill over the past two seasons. The 6-foot-2, 180-pound righty will anchor a Redskins pitching staff that will likely be the best in the state.

Two-way prospect Seth Kinker (Cabell Midland HS) is also likely to make his case for the No. 1 spot. The 3B/RHP sits in the low to mid-80's on the mound and is a talented defender. The 6-foot-2, 185-pound prospect is one of the top hitters in the state and starred in his team's run to a state runner-up finish in 2013.

Two prospects making significant jumps in the rankings are C/RHP Addison Wood (Princeton HS) who moves to No. 26 from his previous spot at No. 35, and LHP/OF Stephen Holland (Huntington HS) moving to No. 20 from his previous No. 33 ranking.

A look a look at the top 10 prospects in the class follows.
