Leblanc has emerged as one of the biggest risers in Alberta’s 2025 class. The RHP is an easy mover on the mound with a loose arm and was up to 88 mph with the fastball, sitting 85-87 mph that he complemented well with a tight slider that he spins north of 2400 rpm. The changeup is very effective down in the zone, with depth and added arm-side-run. At 6-foot-3, 185-pounds, the uncommitted 2025 will be an impact arm at the next level.
