Displays quick bat speed and an uphill swing plane. Base hit approach. From the outfield, he made throws to the infield at velocities up to 83 mph; has a clean exchange and smooth footwork. He clocked a time of 7.4 in the 60-yard dash. On the mound, he threw from an over-the-top angle and had quick arm speed. He is a feel type pitcher who uses some effort. Has an athletic balance point with uphill shoulders. Lands square. Produced a fastball that came in at 85-87 mph. Curveball (66-70 mph) had the most depth when he located it down by the hitter’s knees. He shows sinking action on his changeup(78-79).
