6-foot-2 170-pounds, lean body, long limbs with some athleticism. Currently a two-way player. Raw rotational swinger with extra movement. Tall narrow upright stance, slightly open. Reached forward into front foot strike. Loads back elbow up, locking arms. Pull approach with inconsistent top-spin contact, 83mph exit velocity. Lets the ball get to him defensively with low effort. Natural arm strength with whippy arm across the diamond, 84mph arm strength across the diamond. Future is on the mound. Throw from ¾ arm slot, short arm swing. Disconnected from ground early. FB sat 80-83mph with late cutting action, erratic at times. Mixed in a 12/6 breaking ball up in the zone with early action, near FB arm speed. Development should be followed on the mound.

6’2 165-pound frame, with broad shoulder and long limbs. Arms works well with smooth arm action and arm speed. Lands on line. Big velo jump isn’t far away, as strength needs to develop but shows big time projectability. Velo doesn’t match arm speed yet but will come with maturity. Fastball sat 79-81 down in the zone with sink and run to his arm side. Breaking ball had good bite when arm was on time at 64-66 MPH. Slide step with runners on.
10/14/18 - 6-foot-2, 165-pound frame. Shows some upside with projectability on the mound. Showed intriguing arm speed, running his fastball up to 80 mph with much more like to come. Curveball has good shape and thrown for a strike at 63-65 mph. Straight change rounds out the arsenal at 73 mph. Change-up will improve with more arm speed. As a hitter shows a rhythmic approach and quiet load. Has some present strength with an 83 mph exit velocity. In BP did struggle to be on time.
