4/2/18 - The diminutive righty shows an athletic delivery and the ability to command multiple pitches in the strikes zone. His fastball sat 83-85 mph on the outing, working mostly to the outer half, but he also ran what looked like a real sinker on the hands of a RHH at 81, completely sawing him off. Also showed a sharp 72 mph 11-5 curveball with tight rotation and the ability to throw it in or below the zone. Bermudez is a prospect we definitely need to see more of and appear worthy of being a ranked player in the 2019 AZ class.
