2023 C Jordan Vigil (Basha)- 5-foot-10, 178-pounds, large frame, strong body, has added some strength, durable lower half. Right-handed hitter, has made some improvement offensively, quiet athletic setup, open stance, uses a gathered knee turn. Rhythm to load with loose upper body. Mid-pull approach, short line drive swing, keeps arms tight on body, some top spin contact, 90.53mph exit velocity via trackman with developing bat speed. Hit a hard LD to RCF in live game action for a single. Advanced defensive actions from behind the plate with easy pre-pitch movement, solid flexibility from lower center of gravity. Works from the ground up with his glove, soft hands, uses a hybrid at times with low primary. Clean footwork with quick first step, short arm with above average arm strength at 74mph, recorded 1.96-2.07 pop times. One of the top defensive catchers in the class.

5-foot-10 155-pounds, lean build, young body with shorter limbs, some strength. Hits from a relaxed setup with a slightly open stance. Hands start low with a vertical barrel working slightly back. Uses a gathered leg kick to transfer energy. Average hand & bat speed for a high schooler. Varying uphill path to the baseball with average contact at 80mph exit velocity. Above average defensive skills, recording 1.97-2.06 pop times. Quick feet & transfers. Creates direction to the bag with footwork. Average carry with 73mph arm strength. Soft hands, relaxing glove before sticking from lower stance.
