10/14/18 - 6-foot-2, 190-pound frame. Physical, broad bodied right-handed pitcher. Bachelier turned heads with a dominant outing on the last day of Future Games, where he was completely unhittable for two innings and showed the same type of stuff Sunday at GCU. Bachelier sat 89-90 with a very heavy fastball and flashed a 71-73 mph slider that has the makings of a future average or better secondary pitch as it becomes more consistent and is thrown with more velo. High-end makeup makes him an ideal fit at the back end of a D1 bullpen. There's some funk in the backside of his arm action, but he is able to repeat and get downhill. Every time we see him, the opposing hitters indicate that the arm action is just fine and he's established himself as the top uncommitted arm in AZ's 2020 class.

8/4/18 - Deserves another quick mention as he was even better in his second outing, barely giving up a foul tip on the day while punching out 5 in 2 innings of work. Bachelier was ultra-aggressive and dominated hitters with a steady diet of heavy fastballs, but also showed a significantly improved slider below the zone. Last two fastballs were 90 mph.

8/2/18 - Bachelier is still fairly crude on the mound and doesn't have the cleanest arm action in the world, but is going to throw extremely hard in the near future. The physical right-hander touched 89 mph and sat in the upper-80's with some heaviness to the fastball. He likely profiles best as a back-end receiver at the next level and is another surefire D1 arm that worked a quick scoreless inning.
