2025 British Columbia Fall Invite
Fresh off an outing at the Rogers Centre with the Blue Jays Academy Showcase, the large-framed right-hander posted the top fastball velocity at the event. Standing at 6-foot-5, 255-pounds, Siegenthaler’s fastball sat 85-86mph, topping out at 86.7mph and filling up the zone with the pitch. The secondary stuff includes a curveball at 70-72mph with slurve shape and a changeup at 78-80mph with an average of 18.4 inches of horizontal break. An interesting arm in BC to follow out of the UBC Thunder program over the next year.
2025 Vancouver Future Games Trials
Siegenthaler sticks out from the crowd, standing at 6-foot-5, 255-pounds. The Vancouver College (HS) sophomore is a weapon for the Irish on the gridiron, and an imposing presence on the mound for the UBC Thunder. Nico sat 85.1-86.6 mph with the fastball, topping out at 87.2 mph. Siegenthaler also showcased an intriguing slurve that he landed consistently for a strike. The big right-hander will be a fun follow as he continues to refine his delivery and arsenal.
